LifeWorks On-The-Go (OTG) is a postsecondary support program for autistic young adults who are building independence while balancing work, employment goals, and personal responsibilities.
Designed for individuals who want structure without full-time programming, On-The-Go provides targeted goals, guided accountability, and real-world skill development — all while supporting increased autonomy in daily life. Participants in OTG can elect to live on-site in our Julie and Gary Ransdell Living & Learning Community apartments, gaining hands-on experience with independent living skills.
Admissions Criteria
For enrollment consideration in the LifeWorks On-The-Go program, applicants must:
Be 18–35 years old
Have completed high school
Have a formal diagnosis of ASD or another neurodiverse diagnosis
Demonstrate motivation to work and live independently
