LifeWorks Bridge Academy
A Partnership with the Kentucky Community & Technical College System
Build skills for college, career, and independence.
The LifeWorks Bridge Academy is a two-year support program designed for autistic and neurodiverse students who want to succeed in college and in life.
Through individualized coaching, life-skills training, and peer connections, students gain the confidence and independence needed for long-term success.
What Is the Bridge Academy?
The Bridge Academy combines the academic opportunities of KCTCS with the personalized supports of LifeWorks for Autism.
Students enrolled at a participating campus receive hands-on training in executive functioning, daily living, and employability skills — all while working toward their degree or credential.
